    How to use your pass

    1. Log in to Leo’s Family
      – Use the same email address you used when purchasing your Annual Pass. 
    2. Book your playtime online
      – Book your entry as usual and use the pass, which you’ll find in the booking flow. 
    3. Show the QR code on site
      – You’ll find the QR code for your playtime in your Family account.
      – Show it at the entrance → let the fun begin!

    How to use your discounts

    • Log in to your Family account where your child and the Annual Pass are registered.
    • Go to “Rabatte & Online-Angebote” (“Discounts & online deals”).
    • Show the QR code at the checkout before placing your order.

    This discount does not apply to digital food orders. It is valid on regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers.
