An adult always present
- Children are naturally very playful at birthday parties, so the presence of an adult is important and a must for safety and fun.
Always wear socks
- Socks keep feet warm and reduce the risk of slipping while playing. You must always wear socks when you are in the park or party room.
Snacks and decoration
- Leo’s playcenter offers delicious snacks and colorful decorations. You cannot bring your own snacks, drinks or decorations into the park.
Cancellations
- You can easily cancel your party online 14 days before the day of the party. For later cancellations, please contact our customer service team by email at hello@leosabenteuerpark.de at least 2 working days before the day of the party. In the event of illness at short notice, you can contact the playcenter directly by e-mail or telephone.
Allergies and other special requirements
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies or special needs so that we can ensure a successful party for everyone. You can inform us at the time of booking or at least 5 days before the day of the party.
Minimum number of children
- On Saturdays and Sundays a minimum of 8 children must attend the party, on weekdays it is 7 children. Parties are also possible with a smaller group, but the price depends on the minimum number.
Surprise gift
- The surprise gift at the party is not suitable for children under the age of 3.
